Pizza like in restaurants

For the test:

  • water 200 ml
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • salt 0.5 tsp
  • yeast 4 g
  • flour ~260 gr
  • olive oil 3 tbsp

Add all the ingredients in order to the bowl and quickly knead the dough. It should turn out quite liquid, as in the video. Handle the dough with oiled hands, otherwise it will be sticky.

Transfer the dough to a clean bowl greased with olive oil and set aside in a warm place for an hour. I put it in the oven at 30-40 degrees and leave the door ajar.

For filling:

  • tomato sauce
  • turkey ham
  • bell pepper
  • Champignon
  • Red onion
  • mozzarella
  • tomato sauce
  • mozzarella
  • pepperoni
  • basil optional

We assemble the pizzas as in the video and put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Heating top-bottom with convection. Focus on your oven.

Spread basil or arugula on the finished pizza, if desired. I really like the combination of pepperoni and basil, but it’s not necessary🍕🥬
