Pizza

for the sauce:
3 ripe tomatoes
1 level teaspoon of salt
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon of any hot sauce (here you can adjust to your taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Spices (Provencal herbs, black pepper) – a small pinch

  1. Beat tomatoes with salt and garlic into porridge in a blender
  2. Then add olive oil to the saucepan and immediately add the tomato mixture, at first it will be light pink in color, and as the liquid evaporates it will turn red (over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes)
  3. Once the mixture thickens and turns scarlet-red, add spices and hot sauce
    All!
    You can cook pizza ☺️ from this amount of dough and sauce you will get 3 large pizzas, bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees closer to the bottom shelf on the top-bottom mode
